Qualifications

• Current unencumbered State of Vermont CNA license.
• Strong communication with Residents, Nurse(s) and Staff.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrated critical thinking.
• Ability to handle diverse situations with tact.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including meals, ambulation, turning and positioning.
• Provide physical care (baths, grooming, oral care, back care, elimination).
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/outtake.
• Perform perineal and incontinence care as needed.
• Observe changes and report to team.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
• Complete daily documentation accurately.
