Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Travel CNA for a 13-week assignment in Duluth, Minnesota. You will work 24 hours in week 1 and 40 hours in week 2, delivering compassionate care in a long-term care setting.

You will document patient progress in EMR, collaborate with the care team, perform ADL assistance and vital sign monitoring, and follow safety and confidentiality guidelines. Requires CNA licensure, CPR, and a minimum of 1 year in long-term care; evenings available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification, CNA certification, and state license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to work evenings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation or nearby residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities and progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Execute assigned tasks during evening shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
