HireCare Services - Vermont is seeking a motivated Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a traveling contract located in Vermont! Qualifications

• Current unencumbered State of Vermont CNA License.
• Strong communication skills with Residents, Nurses and Staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, meals, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning.
• Provide physical care (baths, hair, oral, back, elimination).
• Admission, discharge and transfer processing.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake and output.
• Perform perineal and incontinence care as needed.
• Report changes in patient condition to the team.
• Maintain a neat, safe patient environment.
• Document daily on required forms.
• Remain flexible for different assignments.
