Qualifikationen

• Active Vermont CNA license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and calmness in care scenarios.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living including meals, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning.
• Provide basic care including baths, hair, oral, back and elimination care.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
• Measure and record vitals, weight, intake/output.
• Perform perineal/incontinence care as needed.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to team.
• Maintain clean, safe patient environment.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Be flexible in accepting different assignments.
