HireCare Services - Vermont is seeking a motivated Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a traveling contract located in Vermont. The CNA will provide compassionate care in various settings, delivering high-quality care while earning competitive pay and benefits.

You will assist with ADLs, administer basic care, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation. Housing stipends, meal stipends, and license assistance are offered to support a successful assignment.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered State CNA license (Vermont)
• Strong communication with residents, nurses and staff
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle different situations with tact

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: meals, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning
• Provide basic physical care: baths, hair/oral/back/elimination care
• Admission, discharge and transfer of patients
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake/output
• Perform perineal and incontinence care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain neat, safe patient environment
• Complete daily documentation accurately
• Be flexible with assignments

• Perform routine perineal area and incontinence care
• Observe and report any changes in patient's general condition
• Maintain a neat and safe patient environment
• Complete documentation daily and accurately on required forms
• Flexibility in accepting different assignments
