Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Milano, TX is seeking a Site General Manager to lead daily operations across fuel retail and food service. You will oversee the site image, safety, customer experience, and ensure profitability while guiding a diverse team of managers and hourly staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, vendor relations, audits, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. The role requires 50+ hour weeks and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations.
• Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems.
• Ability to work as scheduled-50+ hours per week.
• Ability to be on call for store needs as they arise.
• Ability to perform all non-management activities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day to day site operations including retail fuel and food service ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets company standards for cleanliness, safety and customer experience.
• Lead, hire, train and develop a full team including managers and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability, engagement and low turnover.
• Manage the financial performance of the site including budgeting, forecasting and understanding key drivers such as food cost, labor cost, shrink, waste and margin.
