Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC seeks a Site General Manager to direct daily operations of our bustling travel center and QSRs. You will lead store teams, control budgets, protect margins, and maintain food safety and service standards.

Proactive leadership and hands-on supervision are essential for profitability and guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, build strong vendor relations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong budget, P&L, and cost control know-how.
• Deep understanding of food safety, quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the travel center and QSRs.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor, food costs.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high service standards.
• Ensure food safety, fuel compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and scheduling.
• Hire and develop management and staff.
