Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC seeks a Site General Manager in Concordia, MO to lead daily operations of a busy travel center. You will manage a team, drive service standards, and ensure profitability, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.

You will oversee fuel, retail and food service operations, develop staff, manage budgets, and maintain store image. This hands-on role requires 50+ hours weekly, on-call availability, and a proven track record in truck-stop/QSR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day site operations including retail fuel and food service, ensuring cleanliness, safety and customer experience.
• Maintain the overall image of the site, including lot, pumps, restrooms and showers.
• Lead, hire, train and develop a full team, building a culture of accountability and low turnover.
• Manage the financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and margins.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Oversee inventory controls, conduct audits and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicate regularly with the team to align on goals and performance.

LV Petroleum is searching for a strong and experienced leader to take on the role of Site General Manager and drive overall success across all areas in our bustling travel center in Concordia, MO! This is a hands on leadership position responsible for daily operations team development and delivering a high standard of service and performance.

What You Will Do

You will oversee all day to day site operations including retail fuel and food service ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets company standards for cleanliness safety and customer experience This includes maintaining the overall image of the site including lot pumps restrooms and showers

You will lead hire train and develop a full team including managers and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability engagement and low turnover You will work alongside your team setting expectations and leading by example

You will manage the financial performance of the site including budgeting forecasting and understanding key drivers such as food cost labor cost shrink waste and fuel and merchandise margins You will make real time adjustments to ensure the site meets or exceeds profitability goals

You will ensure compliance with all company policies and local state and federal regulations including food safety fuel compliance and age restricted sales

You will oversee inventory controls conduct audits and manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate deliveries proper stock levels and efficient operations

You will communicate regularly with your team to align on goals performance expectations safety and overall site success while identifying opportunities for improvement
