Job summary

LV Petroleum in Concordia, MO is seeking a strong Site General Manager to lead daily operations, drive service standards, and develop a high-performing team across fuel, food service and retail.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and profitability while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and an outstanding customer experience.

Requires 5+ years in Truck-Stop/QSR operations, proven leadership, the ability to work 50+ hours per week, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in Truck-Stop and QSR operations.
• Strong budgeting and cost control knowledge.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including retail fuel and food service.
• Lead, hire, train, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margins.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations including food safety and age-restricted sales.
• Maintain site image, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.
• Oversee inventory controls, audits, and vendor relationships.
• Communicate with team to align on goals and performance.
