Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Minnesota seeks a Contract Certified Dietary Manager to oversee dietary services in a long-term care facility for a 26-week assignment. You will develop menus, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise staff in a team-oriented environment.

The role requires CDM and healthcare food service experience, with a 8 AM–5 PM dayshift; competitive pay and benefits offered for this travel assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in dietary management or food service administration preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred; ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification; CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dietary management or food service within a healthcare setting; long-term care facility experience preferred.
• Ability to work dayshift (8 AM - 5 PM); strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary services within the long-term care facility.
• Develop, implement, and monitor menus that meet nutritional standards and residents' dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and appropriate meal delivery and dietary care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to food safety and dietary services.
• Supervise dietary staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
