Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. This position requires ARRT and a 1+ year Cath Lab background, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.

You'll operate catheterization lab imaging systems, assist physicians with coronary procedures, and uphold safety and infection-control standards in a fast-paced hospital setting. Travel stipends and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Certification
• 1+ year Cath Lab experience
• Current registry (ARRT or equivalent) and state licensure compliance

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for catheterization procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary angiograms, stent placements, and other cardiac interventions.
• Operate and maintain imaging systems, capturing high-quality diagnostic images during procedures.
• Document procedural steps, medications, and patient vitals.
• Post-procedure equipment checks and room turnover.
• Adhere to infection control and facility protocols.
