Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for Rapid City, SD. The position offers a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts, and travel benefits. Responsibilities include scrubbing in, patient prep, and data collection during cardiac procedures.

Required are 1 year Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and appropriate ARRT/CCI certifications, plus state licensure as needed. Immediate opening with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• Involves scrubbing and assisting during cardiac procedures.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cath Lab rooms and equipment, ensure sterilization and stock.
• Prepare patient/site and calibrate pressure transducers and tubing.
• Operate and maintain quality control of cath lab equipment.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physician with catheters.
• Record hemodynamic and angiographic data during procedures.
