Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, SD. The right candidate has 1 year of Cath Lab experience and holds BLS and ACLS, with ARRT(R) or RCIS preferred. This travel role involves 40 hours per week on 10-hour shifts.

You will scrub, monitor and assist during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, prepare labs and equipment, and maintain sterile technique. The position includes a travel package with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• BLS, ACLS certification required; ARRT(R) or RCIS preferred.
• State licensure as required by location.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing, monitoring and assisting providers during procedures.
• Prepare lab rooms and ensure instrument sterilization.
• Prepare patient and equipment, draping, calibrating and setting up systems.
• Operate and maintain quality control of equipment in the Cath Lab.
• Record hemodynamic and imaging data during procedures.
• Monitor patient status and assist in life‑saving measures when needed.
