**Required Experience and Qualifications:**- 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required)- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission- BLS and ACLS certifications required- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required**Preferred Experience:**- 18 months of experience preferred to be within one location, but not required**Additional Requirements:**- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only**Assessments:**- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.Note: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements temporarily. All other travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
