Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist in Santa Rosa, CA for a 13-week assignment. The role is days, 5x8 hours, 40 hours per week, with call requirements and weekend call approximately every 6 weeks.

Requires 3+ years cath lab experience and California CRT license. Epic EMR experience is required; ACLS/ARRT/BLS and Fluoroscopy Permit are required. TAVR/Watchman experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cath lab experience
• California CRT license in hand at time of consideration
• ACLS, ARRT(R), BLS, and Fluoroscopy Permit required
• RCIS certification preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Procedural proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, IABP, Impella, right/left heart cath, pacemaker insertion
• TAVR and Watchman experience preferred
• Venous access and vascular closure proficiency
• Ability to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and monitor hemodynamics

Responsibilities

• Equipment setup and prep of access sites
• Maintain sterile fields during procedures
• Room circulating and documentation support
