Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist for a Cardiac Cath Lab role in a regional hospital setting. You will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including angiography and PCI, with pacemaker experience preferred.

Requirements include 24 months of Cath Lab experience, ARRT/RCIS/CCI certification, BLS/ACLS, and a valid driver’s license. Travel contract with rotating shifts and Epic EMR. Housing and travel stipends may apply.

Qualifications

Minimum 24 months of current Cardiac/Cath Lab experience.
ARRT or RCIS/CCI certification.
Current BLS and ACLS (AHA/ARC).
Iowa Radiology license preferred; required if applicable.
Proficiency with fluoroscopy.
Experience with peripheral and coronary angio.
Experience with PCI and pacemaker procedures.
Experience with Acist Injector, iFR, and IVUS preferred.
Skills checklist specific to Cardiac Cath discipline.
Driver's license required for consideration.
Professional reference from a supervisor preferred (past 24 months).

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization including angiography and PCI.
Assist with pacemaker implantation.
Maintain fluoroscopy proficiency and safety standards.
Collaborate with ED and cath lab team in a regional hospital setting.
Ensure patient care quality and charting in EMR (Epic).
