Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment at a Corona, CA facility. You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamics, and support the physician team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS or RCES certification. Compensation includes competitive pay, benefits, and 24/7 recruiter support to help you
Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
- ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for catheterization and interventional procedures.
- Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
- Maintain imaging systems, sterile technique, and equipment logs; ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
- Scrub in and assist with sterile field; manage inventory and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies; document patient data accurately.
