Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 5+ years in relevant roles.
• At least 2 years in supervisory capacity, preferably in a call center or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Travel & Card Payments Services Team supporting corporate programs.
• Ensure coverage to respond to employee calls and service cases on cards, travel, and expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships with BofA, Amex GBT, Concur, ES, and others.
• Coordinate vendor reviews to assess SLAs and drive improvements.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance on renewals and RFPs.
• Oversee Concur configurations to align with policies and updates.
• Provide regular leadership reporting on delinquent expenses and payments.
• Support special projects to pilot new Concur functionality and expand programs.
• Monitor security roles and access across platforms; assist with incident response.
