The Zimmerman Agency is seeking a mid-level copywriter to craft compelling travel and tourism campaigns from concept to execution. You will write across scripts, social, email, and collateral, and help shape brand voices across platforms.

Based on-site in Tallahassee, FL, you’ll move quickly, manage deadlines, and collaborate with account, strategy, and production teams to bring ideas to life.

Formación

• 2–5 years of copywriting experience at an agency or similar creative environment.
• A portfolio showing strong campaign thinking, headline craft across channels and tones.
• Ability to write short, punchy copy for social and digital and longer-form web, email, or brochure copy when needed.
• Comfort working fast, taking feedback, and iterating without ego.
• A naturally curious, hungry, self-starting mindset, always chasing a better line or a smarter angle.
• Team player attitude and collaborative spirit with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Concept big ideas and campaign platforms with art directors and designers across a variety of travel and tourism brands.
• Write for scripts, radio, taglines, social copy, digital ads, print, OOH, email, and collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand voices and flex tone for different audiences and platforms.
• Turn strategy and briefs into clear, compelling creative that solves real problems.
• Present work internally and help sell through ideas with confident storytelling.
• Manage your own deadlines and keep projects moving, organized, proactive, and reliable.
• Collaborate tightly with account, strategy, and production teams to get work from idea to launch.
