Qualifications

• 4–7 years of advertising agency experience.
• Portfolio showing campaign development and advertising work.
• Experience developing headlines, campaign extensions, and messaging systems.
• Hospitality, destination, travel, or tourism brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign headlines and advertising copy
• Create hooks, messaging territories, and campaign extensions
• Build tone-of-voice systems and messaging frameworks
• Expand strategic and creative concepts into executable campaigns
• Develop multiple routes, options, and variations
• Write across digital, print, social, video, outdoor, experiential, and presentation formats
• Support Creative Directors and Strategists throughout concept development
