Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II on a FLOAT/TRAVEL basis based in Delray Beach, FL. The role focuses on high-quality financial services, client management, and expanding access to partners such as Mortgage and Business Banking.

It involves more complex banking conversations and lending interactions as needed. The position emphasizes delivering a best-in-class client experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining compliance across transactions.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience required: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, (including in the financial services industry.)
• May require National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. NMLS registration can be completed after job entry date.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
