Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Neptune in the United States. The role involves traveling in a company-provided vehicle to hospitals and healthcare facilities for service, installations, and preventive maintenance.

You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensure performance, and document activities in our systems. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with willingness to travel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently including overnight and weekend travel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing, safety and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment performance and service outcomes.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment according to service guidelines and quality standards.
• Support software, connectivity and system configurations as required.
• Coordinate service schedules and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Document service activities, repairs, parts usage and results in the company systems.
