Stryker seeks a Field Service Technician to cover Neptune, traveling in a company vehicle to service, troubleshoot, install, and maintain biomedical equipment at hospitals and clinics within the assigned territory.

You will build strong customer relationships, document service activities, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while adhering to safety and PPE requirements. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with frequent territory travel.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to meet credentialing, PPE and safety requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Travel to hospitals to complete service requests, installations and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment to restore function.
• Install, maintain and inspect medical equipment per guidelines.
• Support software, connectivity and system configuration as needed.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and results in systems.
• Interpret manuals and engineering docs to resolve issues.
• Work in healthcare settings adhering to PPE and patient privacy policies.
