Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Service Technician – Neptune to deliver on-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of medical equipment across the Buffalo region. You will travel in a company vehicle, resolve issues, document activities, and ensure equipment performs to standards.

You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with hospital staff and internal teams, and follow safety protocols including PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform essential physical requirements including lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per service guidelines and quality standards.
• Support software, connectivity, and system configuration activities to maintain equipment performance.
