Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Neptune equipment across the Knoxville area. The role involves traveling in a company vehicle to hospitals and clinics, performing installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and documenting all activities to ensure equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and biosafety requirements. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing, safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to perform service tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment to restore function.
• Install, maintain and inspect medical equipment per guidelines.
• Support software, connectivity and system configurations as needed.
• Document service activities, repairs and parts usage in company systems.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
