Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds across the United States, collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology.

This 100% travel role requires an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license; you’ll travel locally to nationally, document data, and support facility credentialing and immunization requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (2–3 years).
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle for local travel.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Clear hospital vendor credentialing and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hospital staff support and communication.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data after installation.
• Document daily data and maintain quality records.
