IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update, and service specialty hospital beds across the United States. You will collaborate with healthcare staff, perform routine tests, and maintain documentation while delivering high-quality customer service.

This 100% travel role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 2–3 years field experience, and a valid driver license. You must pass hospital credentialing and immunization requirements and be comfortable working

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent field service experience.
• 2–3 years of field service experience.
• Ability to pass hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.
• Valid driver''s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfort with travel and working in healthcare environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
