IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds across the United States, collaborating with hospital staff and biomedical teams while delivering reliable customer care.

This 100% travel role requires an associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and credentialing with healthcare facilities. Travel is reimbursed and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (2–3 years).
• Strong business acumen and professional communication.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Able to clear hospital vendor credentialing and vaccination proof if required.
• Immunizations up to date may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high quality documentation.
