IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds across the United States, collaborating with hospital staff and delivering high-quality product support. This is a 100% travel role.

Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and credentialing/immunization requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field service experience.
• Strong communication and business acumen required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
