Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a Field Service Technician to install, update and service hospital beds across the United States. You will work with healthcare staff, perform tests, and document results while delivering excellent customer service.

This is a 100% travel position with local, regional, and national travel required. Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (2–3 years), strong communication, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation/configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high-quality product support documentation.
