Job summary

Circle City ABA seeks a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality ABA treatment across multiple centers. You will supervise RBTs and Technicians, develop treatment plans, and train staff to deliver individualized care.

Travel to clinics and the option for remote support are part of the role. The position requires a Master’s in ABA (or related field) and BCBA certification, with at least two years of experience working with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required and must be current.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating care with families, staff, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor Individual treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision for staff development.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for internal and external audits.
• Identify clients and families needing additional supports and resources.
• Mentor and engage staff to promote a positive culture and retention.
