The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, trains staff on intervention techniques, monitors progress, and ensures documentation across residential and community programs; travel between sites is required.

Schedule: Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, ABA, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience with functional behavioral assessments, behavior support plans, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Proficiency in data collection, electronic documentation, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel between assigned locations.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments, evaluate behavioral needs, and collect data to guide individualized interventions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans and intervention strategies.
• Provide behavioral support, crisis intervention, and monitor individual progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Train and support care staff on behavioral intervention techniques, behavior support plans, and crisis management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate behavioral services.
• Maintain accurate behavioral assessments, progress notes, and clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards.
