Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a clinical and/or treatment field of psychology with training in assessment techniques and behavior support development.
• OPWDD-approved certifications or licensure; at least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify behaviors or mental health issues in individuals served in collaboration with the IDT.
• Oversee baseline data collection to develop behavior support and monitoring plans.
• Complete functional behavioral assessments prior to developing a behavior support plan.
• Write and revise behavior support and monitoring plans; establish data collection methods and review data monthly.
• Train multi-level staff in implementation of plans and monitoring methods.
• Submit written reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Assist with referrals for psychiatric care and related evaluations and attend appointments as needed.
• Coordinate liaison among IDT members, clinics, psychiatrists, hospitals, families, and others.
