Qualifications

• Experience applying behavioral interventions for individuals with I/DD and co-occurring conditions.
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs.
• Strong collaboration and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavior support strategies for residents in the Enhanced Step Down Program.
• Conduct FBAs to identify triggers and patterns of behavior.
• Develop PBSPs based on evidence-based practices.
• Train staff to consistently apply interventions in alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions using data.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and community resources.
• Maintain timely written reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in weekend/holiday shifts.
