Blossomsrnc in Kentucky seeks an admissions/marketing professional to coordinate smooth transitions from referral sources to our facility, including hospital-to-facility handoffs and outreach to physicians and discharge planners.

You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers and other referral sources, recruit and credential new physicians, supervise admission paperwork, verify payer sources, and ensure compliance while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Long-term care experience, preferably in admissions and/or marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language clearly.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• Strong relationship-building skills with referral sources.
• Ability to coordinate admissions and paperwork promptly.

Responsabilités

• Answer referrals promptly and coordinate admissions.
• Work with physicians and discharge planners for smooth transitions.
• Market the facility to referral sources to gain new business.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers and other referral sources.
• Recruit and credential new physicians.
• Complete admission paperwork in a timely manner.
• Verify payer sources and ensure clinical approval prior to admission.
• Travel as required and communicate with Administrator as needed.
