Job summary

Inter Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking an AV Technician to install, commission and test audio-visual systems at client sites across the country. The role requires working with project teams, handling cables, equipment setups and on-site electrical tasks with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has AV experience, CTS certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, and CTS-I path readiness after CTS.

Qualifications

• CTS certification or the ability to achieve certification within six months of start date.
• CTS-I certification within six months following CTS certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working on teams.
• Computer proficiency with Google, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work with hand tools and small power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install AV and related equipment on job sites with supervision.
• Assemble, install, terminate, and test cabling and hardware per wiring diagrams.
• Travel extensively to job sites across the country and support multiple installs.
