Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audiovisual Integration Technician to install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment in client sites. Responsibilities include rack fabrication, cable termination, and reading drawings/blueprints while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of AV installation experience, be able to lift 50 pounds, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background checks. A strong mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service experience required. Learns quickly and communicates well.
• AV/IT networking: 2+ years of installation experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems and video conferencing equipment.
• Rack fabrication and cable management.
• Pull and terminate cables; read drawings/blueprints.
• Perform service and system maintenance; handle other tasks as assigned.
