Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or education in mechanics or engineering is a plus.
• Experience with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C and water restoration or construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist and lead setup and tear down of equipment for various operational systems.
• Coordinate pumping, power generation/distribution, HVAC, and energy/temporary utilities.
• Participate in rapid deployment for disaster restoration and emergency response.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with project leads to monitor timelines and resource allocation; ensure profitable delivery.
