The role emphasizes rapid deployment for disaster responses and close collaboration with project leads to meet timelines and deliver efficient, reliable equipment to customers. Travel is substantial, with a focus on field sites and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications/education in mechanics or engineering is a plus.
• Experience with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C and water restoration or construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system mobilization and decommissioning: setup and tear down of equipment for pumping, power, HVAC and energy systems.
• Support emergency and disaster response deployment and resource management.
• Lead safety compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to monitor timelines and resource allocation; ensure on-time project delivery.
• Ensure deployed equipment runs efficiently to guarantee customer satisfaction and profitable delivery.
