Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes Travel and Expense reports; interact with traveler/admin to ensure accurate accounting data and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Applies general knowledge of accounting/financial policies and procedures to resolve questions.
• Performs general accounting and travel accounting activities through input of transactions and monitoring of results.
• Maintains excel files, tracks activities, and prepares reports from the accounting system.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and use MS Office, SAP, Concur.
