Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy and Consultation, PLLC is seeking a trauma-focused clinician for a part-time W-2 hybrid role in the Phoenix/Ahwatukee area. You will build a caseload with telehealth and in-person services, progressing toward full-time employment and leadership opportunities.

The position emphasizes evidence-based trauma care, ongoing professional development, and collaboration within a supportive team. Licensure in Arizona and experience with Complex PTSD are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Active clinical license or license eligibility in Arizona
• Arizona credentials may include LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
• Strong interest in trauma-focused psychotherapy and trauma-informed care
• Ability to complete DSM-5-TR-informed assessments, treatment plans, and timely progress documentation
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Commitment to culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming care
• EMDR training or higher preferred
• Experience treating Complex PTSD
• Experience with narcissistic/relational abuse and attachment trauma
• Somatic therapy, IFS, Brainspotting, or other advanced trauma training
• Couples or relational therapy experience
• Bilingual ability, especially Spanish, Mandarin, Polish, Ukrainian, or other languages served

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients experiencing trauma.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices to support clients' healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with trauma therapy best practices.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages client growth and empowerment.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and enhance collaborative efforts in client care.
