Job summary

THE BRIDGE COUNSELING, CONSULTING AND MEDIATION LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a part-time Licensed Counselor/Therapist to provide individual and couple counseling, conduct intake assessments, and develop treatment plans.

You will facilitate ongoing sessions and document accurately in the EHR, coordinate care with other professionals, participate in case consultation, and uphold ethical standards in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment. Supervision will be provided to associate level therapists.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure in Arizona (LAC or LAMFT) in good standing.
• Experience in individual, couple, and family counseling with assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, solution-focused or trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural humility and respect.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation.
• Ability to manage a part-time caseload and maintain professional boundaries.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration and openness to supervision and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and couple counseling with ethical practice.
• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
