Job summary

Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy & Consultation (CHPC) is seeking a trauma-focused clinician to join as a part-time W-2 hybrid role, with a structured pathway toward full-time salaried employment. Clinicians may provide telehealth and in-person services from our Phoenix/Ahwatukee-area office, based on client needs and scheduling.

CHPC specializes in complex PTSD, attachment and developmental trauma, narcissistic and relational abuse, and other complex mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• Trauma-focused clinician with evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Experience delivering telehealth and in-person services in a hybrid setting.
• Interest in clinical growth, accountability, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy.
• Conduct trauma-informed assessment and treatment planning.
• Handle clinical documentation and participate in consultation and team collaboration.
• Possibility to develop specialty programming or provide supervision as you grow.
