Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Phoenix, AZ to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across telehealth and in-person sessions. Clinicians must be independently licensed in Arizona (PsyD or PhD) and able to handle a diverse client base.

We offer a hybrid care model, with robust credentialing support, 7 days a week scheduling, and a benefits package including health insurance and student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Arizona (PsyD or PhD).
• Available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist willing to treat diverse clients.
• Experience with telehealth and modern clinical technology.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR for sessions and documentation.
