Beacon Health System in Elkhart, IN is seeking a full-time day-shift Supervisor Office for Beacon Medical Group's Trauma Surgical Practice. You will oversee daily operations of the physician office and report to the Director/Practice Manager.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budgeting, billing oversight, and ensuring exceptional patient service while supporting staff development and process improvement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related healthcare experience is required, and three years of supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with coding systems such as ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 (HCPCS) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily physician practice operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervises, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
• Assists with budgeting, expense management, inventory control, vendor coordination, and operational planning.
• Monitors billing, coding, charge capture, collections, deposits, and financial processes to support practice performance.
• Ensures exceptional patient service by resolving concerns, managing communications, and promoting a positive patient experience.
• Serves as a key communication resource for staff, providers, and leadership regarding policies, procedures, and operational updates.
• Supports physician office technology, scheduling systems, EMR processes, and staff training initiatives.
• Maintains records, reports, compliance requirements, and quality improvement activities to support organizational goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to drive operational excellence, staff development, and continuous process improvement.
