• Explain payment policy and insurance coverage prior to patient registration.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Legibly and accurately transcribe orders in patient records.
• Responsible for billing, collection, refunding, and communication regarding patient accounts.
• Retrieve, photocopy, and file medical records; prepare and review records for completeness.
