Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program.
• One (1) year of patient care experience preferred.
• Six (6) months of CMA/RMA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs and records information in the medical record.
• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Maintains patient records and communicates plan of care to the patient.
