Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Staff Leader for the Trauma Stepdown unit. You will supervise a cohort of night-shift nurses and partner with unit leadership to drive performance in quality, throughput, and staff development.

The role requires RN experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and TN licensure within 60 days. You’ll work two 12-hour night shifts and two 8-hour admin shifts per week, totaling 40 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience on a trauma/stepdown unit preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• State or Compact Nursing License; TN license within 60 days of establishing TN address.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of a cohort of night-shift nurses.
• Drive performance in quality, throughput, and staff development.
• Provide coaching and feedback, develop/lead assigned cohort.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling align with unit goals.
