Job summary

Advocate Health’s Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN for the 11A Trauma Step Down unit, a 24-bed floor caring for adolescent to geriatric patients and trauma cases. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and collaborate with the Surgical Trauma Service to deliver safe outcomes.

We require completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
