Job summary

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the 11B Orthopedics/trauma unit on a full-time basis. The role requires 3, 12-hour night shifts per week and participation in holiday/weekend rotation within a Level I Trauma Center.

The RN will deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold evidence-based practice to ensure the safest patient environment and highest level of

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe patient environment and positive patient experience.
